SA1NT Layers makes performance, fitness, wellness and recovery wear, designed by a team with decades of proven history in this space. Our Hawthorn flagship is where it all comes together, and we need a Crew Chief to lead it.

The role

First and foremost, you'll run a premium retail store, and run it well. You'll:

• Lead the flagship day to day and own sales, KPIs and store performance
• Hire, roster, coach and develop a high-performing retail team
• Manage inventory, stock flow and replenishment so the right gear is always on the floor
• Set the standard for visual merchandising and store presentation
• Fit every customer with the right gear, backed by real product knowledge
• Make every visit feel personal, whether it's someone's first or fiftieth

The opportunity

Once the store is humming, the role grows beyond the shop floor. We want the flagship to be home base for people who love to move, from early-morning regulars and weekend warriors to club and pro athletes and first-timers. You'll have the room to build:

• A community that moves: regular runs, sessions, clubs and groups that start and finish at our door
• Local partnerships: relationships with teams and clubs that support their training, performance and recovery
• Moments that bring the neighbourhood in: community days, charity events and meetups for every level
• A flagship with purpose: a place people come to for advice, gear and belonging

You're probably our person if you:

• Have led a premium retail or specialty team and have results you're proud of
• Have proven experience in team leadership, rostering, inventory, merchandising, and hitting your numbers and KPIs
• Live an active life yourself, whatever your sport or pace
• Enjoy sharing what you know about how the right product helps people perform and recover
• Have built a community, or want to, rather than just foot traffic
